Deputy Lieutenants, Jo Holmes, Jane Loudon and Andrew Wood were pleased to join fellow Deputy Lieutenant, Gurvinder Sandher at a special celebration event for South Asian Heritage Month. The event was organised by Kent Equality Cohesion Council and took place in Gravesend. Awards were presented to members of the community who are of South Asian heritage and have been doing exceptional work in the area for the benefit of the wider community. It was an evening to celebrate the diversity of Gravesend and communities working together.
