Canterbury’s Deputy Lieutenants were delighted to to accept an invitation from the Lord Mayor of Canterbury, Councillor Alistair Brady, to visit Tower House for an enjoyable afternoon of conversation and discussion.
Deputy Lieutenants Stephen Kingsman, Adrian Foster and Colonel Jane Carey-Harris greatly appreciated the opportunity to meet with the Lord Mayor and his team. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to discuss Canterbury’s future and explore how the Lieutenancy and civic leaders can continue to work together in support of local communities.
Discussions also highlighted the importance of celebrating and preserving Canterbury’s rich heritage, vibrant communities and unique character, while ensuring the city continues to thrive for future generations.
