Cobdown Park Sauna

In July, Deputy Lieutenant, Sir Hugh Robertson, joined Tracey Crouch MP as she welcomed the Finnish Ambassador to the Cobdown Park Sauna in Aylesford. The Sauna is thought to be the oldest sauna in the country and was a gift from the 1948 Finnish Olympic Team for the athletes who played in the Olympics that were held that year. The Sauna has been looked after by local residents and there is currently a bid to have it restored and protected.
