The Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to present eXroid Technology Ltd with The King’s Award for Enterprise at their recent meeting at the Royal College of Physicians. eXroid Technology win The King’s Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category. They provide an electrotherapy technology and service, treating all four grades of internal haemorrhoids without surgery. The vital work they do is life-changing for many haemorrhoid sufferers who might have had to succumb to invasive surgery in the past. It is an extremely debilitating disease but the work they are doing is making a real difference to the lives of many sufferers and also highlighting an area which is often seen as too ‘personal’ or ‘embarrassing’ to talk about. We wish everyone at eXroid many congratulations on receiving this prestigious Award.
