The Lord-Lieutenant was pleased to visit Refocus Project based in Dartford with the High Sheriff. The Refocus Project provides early intervention and prevention to protect young people from being exploited or caught up in bullying, Knife crime, peer pressure, county lines, crime, grooming, money laundering, gangs – either as victim or perpetrator.
