During Volunteers Week in June, the Lord-Lieutenant and her husband, Deputy Lieutenant, Lord Colgrain, had the pleasure of visiting Rochester Cathedral and meeting the wonderful volunteers there. They met with the talented embroiderers and flower arrangers who showed their talents and talked about the voluntary work they do at the Cathedral. They also had the opportunity to meet with the volunteer bell ringers who demonstrated their skills and gave a presentation on their role in the Cathedral. The Cathedral’s volunteers are a huge asset to the Cathedral and the community and we would like to thank them for all they do.
