The Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to present Ocean Signal with The King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation during a special ceremony at the company’s headquarters in Margate.
Recognised for its pioneering work in developing life-saving emergency location technology, Ocean Signal has achieved international success from its Kent base, helping to improve safety for people at sea and in remote environments around the world.
Joined by Deputy Lieutenant Clive Stevens and Nichola Bruno from The King’s Award for Enterprise Office, the Lord-Lieutenant congratulated the founders, leadership team and employees on this outstanding achievement, which reflects the innovation, expertise and dedication that have become hallmarks of the business.
