Last month, Deputy Lieutenant, Nadra Ahmed was delighted to attend the opening of Kent Autistic Trust‘s Annual Art Exhibition at Historic Dockyard Chatham.
The Kent Autistic Trust has been providing support for individuals on the autism spectrum for 30 years. Their support services are personalised and specific to each individual and aim to ensure that each person gets the right balance of support in order to be as successful as possible in all areas of their life. They provide opportunities that encourage people to grow, express themselves and learn the skills they need.
The exhibition displays artwork produced by adults with Autism who the Trust support. Nadra had a wonderful time at the exhibition and was so impressed with the work on display. We thank the Kent Autistic Trust for inviting us to support this special event.
