The Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to attend the recent Heart of Kent Hospice information event at Preston Hall, Aylesford. Hosted by the Hospice’s Patron, and fellow Deputy Lieutenant Geraldine Allinson OBE, the event introduced plans for a new hospice and community hub, and offered an opportunity to learn more about the future vision for hospice care in the area.
Lady Colgrain, joined by Deputy Lieutenant Jo Holmes, enjoyed a tour of the existing facilities and heard about the outstanding work carried out daily by the dedicated team.
We wish the Heart of Kent Hospice every success as they progress their plans and continue their vital work within the community.
