We are absolutely thrilled that in Kent, two ancient woodlands and one ancient tree have been dedicated to Her Majesty The Queen in celebration of the Platinum Jubilee. The ancient woodlands are at Lullingstone Country Park and Moat Farm Woodlands in Shadoxhurst. The ancient tree is a Baobab Plane London Plane and can be found in Westgate Gardens in Canterbury. This initiative as part of The Queen’s Green Canopy, will ensure the conservation of the Nation’s natural heritage and we are so pleased that Kent is a part of it.
