In the Summer of 2024, the Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to join the celebrations at Pinnocks in Gravesend as they celebrated 400 years of the charity.

The Henry Pinnock and Victoria & Albert Memorial Charity has been providing social housing in the form of almshouses for 400 years in the borough of Gravesham. This is a significant achievement and the impact of this exceptional almshouse charity, in helping people find secure housing within the borough was definitely worth celebrating.

Whilst in the area, Lady Colgrain also visited the Elizabeth Huggins Trust to unveil the General Gordon sign of phase one of their new development.

The Lord-Lieutenant had a fantastic day in Gravesend and would like to thank everyone involved.
